Elaine Galvan, 62, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025. Elaine was born on February 27, 1963 in San Antonio, Texas to Magdaleno and Elena Galvan.

Elaine was a kind, caring, warm hearted, humble person. She loved playing softball, volleyball, cooking, watching movies, listening to all types of music and her get together (cook-outs). If anyone, would go to the house, she would always make sure that they had eaten. Once she graduated high school, she worked at Sip n Sup, Kroger’s, Checks in the Mail , Dollar Tree and she did her yearly Comal County Fair and Wurstfest; a hard working woman. She was Simply The Best!

Elaine is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her siblings, Veronica Galvan, Monica Galvan, Paula Galvan (boyfriend, Pablo Trejo), Norma Espinosa (husband, Tom), Mike Galvan (wife, Esther), and Debbie Galvan (friend, Val); and nieces and nephews, Juan, James, Julian, Fabian, Jessica, Cassandra, Layla, Dominique, JoAnna, Mark, Mikie, Frank and Johnny, and several grand nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a Service at 7:00 PM.

  17. I used to work with Elaine at Kroger when I was in high school she taught me a lot. She was a kind soul and she will not be forgotten. I know that I will always have good taughts and laughs with her in my mind about kids Toros football and about how I was in highschool working and doing band ROTC and working all at one time.
