Marilyn Martha Baldwin, 89 passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Marilyn was born on February 6, 1935 in Henry County, Ohio to George D. Knapp and Opal M. Knapp.

Marilyn retired from Christus Santa Rosa Hospital in 1997 after 25 yrs of service. She was a longtime member of New Braunfels Christian Church. She enjoyed traveling and seeing the world. She was a longtime volunteer with Meals on Wheels in Comal County.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her loving husband, Dennis Baldwin; parents, George & Opal Knapp; brother, Herbert Knapp and sister, Karen Gish. She is survived by her sister, Donna Kelly of Chicago, Illinois; her children, Michael Baldwin (Debra) of Arlington, Texas, Jody Idle (Steve) of Crestwood, Kentucky, Scott (Letitia) Baldwin of Georgetown, Texas, and Lisa Ballard of New Braunfels, Texas. She is also survived by 6 grandsons and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, February 3, 2025. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the New Braunfels Christian Church with a procession to follow to Lone Oak Cemetery.
