Sakorn Knoll

Sakorn Knoll, 85, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on March 2, 2026. She is survived by her daughters, Sumana Rockich, Kaimuk Knoll, Rosalin Degnon (Thomas), Kathleen Knoll, and Carol Knoll, 15 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” and son, Sumet.

Affectionately known as Dang, she was born and raised in Thailand, and spent most of her life in Marina, CA. She lived a life filled with family and friends.

A beautiful, nurturing soul, Dang enjoyed gardening, traveling and cooking delicious food. Spending time at her home meant that you would leave happy and full. She will be forever loved and remembered for her kindness and warm smile.

We will miss her more than words can say.

A traditional Buddhist ceremony will be held in Thailand, followed by the scattering of Dang and Bill’s ashes in the Monterey Bay.
