Allene Hubertus

Allene Hubertus, 88, of New Braunfels, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at her home. Born on August 29, 1927 in New Braunfels, she was the daughter of the late Arthur B. Kneuper, Sr. and Elizabeth Fiebrich Kneuper. Allene is survived by her husband, Edgar Hubertus; children, Charles Hubertus and his wife Jean, Harvey Hubertus and his wife Charlene, and Florence Sultemeier; grandchildren, Kristen King and her husband Lance, Rhett Hubertus and his wife Ayaka, Jason Hubertus and his wife Sara, Darron Hubertus, Dustin Hubertus and his wife Caitlin, Charlet Hubertus, Sheila Hubertus, Shelly Hubertus, Eric Sultemeier and his wife Shea; great-grandchildren, Franz and Halumi Hubertus, Weston and Ellie Hubertus, Holly Hubertus, and Evan and Allene Sultemeier; sister, Rita Bunker and her husband Dan; and brother George Kneuper and his wife Jill. A visitation will be held at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 5:00-8:00pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. Mass will take place at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 1:30 pm. A reception will immediately follow the Mass at the St. Mary's Hall at the church. Interment will then take place at 4:00 pm on Thursday at St. Joseph's Cemetery in New Braunfels. Note: There will not be a procession to the cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to Sts. Peter and Paul School Trust Fund or to Sts. Peter and Paul Building Fund.
