Guestbook

  1. My sincere condolences to Angie’s family. She was kind enough to come to the Victoria Art league in Victoria, Texas to give watercolor instructions to our artists. She was here last year and left abruptly due to illness and that was the last time that we saw her. We had been anticipating another visit. She was kind, funny and patient with our group. She will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the family. I am sure that all our artists have the same feelings.

  2. Angie introduced me to oil painting and I haven’t looked back. She was the perfect teacher, bringing out each students innate talent. She was as lovely as she was beautiful. She left a beautiful legacy for her family and all who were privileged enough to have met her.

  3. You were a wonderful aunt. Loving and caring. Always a smile. We all loved you so much and we will all miss you. I love you Aunt Angie.

  4. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Alice, may the grace and joy your mother had be with you always

  5. Her beauty and personality matched her awesome talent. Told her often how I begin each day “soaking in” the beauty of the two watercolors we have from her. She always had a ready hug. Miss her so much.

  6. I was so sadden to hear that my dear friend, Angie, had passed away. I had spoken with her only a few weeks ago, and we made plans to talk again soon, to catch up and talk for ” hours” . I met Angie many years ago when she and Al had moved up to Illinois and right across the street from us. Her daughter,Alice, was the same age as our daughter…So we became good friends. Annie taught me to paint, and after they moved back to Texas, I flew down to visit many times. We painted together, shopped, and just sat around talking…with a glass of nice wine. I loved Angie instantly, and considered her one of my best friends. I am fortunate to have several of her paintings hanging on our walls. I will miss her terribly and even though we weren’t able to see each other often, she was often in my thoughts. Alice, your Mom lives on in your art, and she was very proud of you. Bob, she spoke of you and your beautiful children every time we talked. God bless everyone who loved and miss her.

  7. Your sweet mother is an angel painting in Heaven. Alice It was a wonderful privilege to be at the Ghost Ranch painting workshop with your mother. Angie said ” we eat, we paint, we eat, we paint and then happy hour every night”. The group also did a lot of laughing. Your mother has left us with her wonderful legacy.

  8. I will forever remember Angie as a dear friend and remarkable artist and teacher. She made an indelible imprint on my artistic journey and I will carry her always in my heart. God speed my dearest friend.
