Anita G. Perez, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Warm Springs Specialty Hospital in New Braunfels at the age of 55. Anita was born on January 11, 1957 in New Braunfels to Mariano Gallegos and Siprianna Castillo. Anita worked in housekeeping for McKenna Memorial Hospital in New Braunfels for some 28-years. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her grandchild, baby Angel Perez. Survivors include her loving husband, Margarito R. Perez, Jr.; sons, Margarito Perez, Jr. and Mark Anthony Perez and wife Gina Q. Perez; daughter, Judy Ann Torres and husband, David; brothers, Alejandro Gallegos and wife, Carmen; sisters, Benita Flores and Gloria Rosales and husband, Diego. In addition, Anita is survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 1:45 PM on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
