Betty Sanchez Reyes, 48, of New Braunfels, passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 8, 2013 in New Braunfels. Born on June 18, 2013 in New Braunfels, she was the daughter of Ramon and Isabel Sanchez.
A visitation will be held at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30 pm. All services will end at the conclusion of the visitation on Tuesday evening.

Auntie Betty I dont know where to start :'( god only knows how much jaeleigh and I are going to miss u. Words couldnt explain how much I miss u already as I try and hold back my feelings to be strong for my baby boy it breaks me to know what has happened.. I am really going to miss those tight hugs and big smiles. Wish we would of made more time for each other. When someone dies, you don’t get over it by forgetting, you get over it by remembering, and you are aware that no person is ever truly lost or gone once they have been in our lives and loved us, as we have loved you. Gone but not forgotten.

FOR THE FAMILY OF BETTY: We all need a time to grieve, quite time for reflection to sift through memories and come to grips with what just happened. We all need a time for tears, not for the one who is now at peace in heaven but for ourselves as we realize that things will never be the same, we all need a time to just be, when we can open ourselves to GOD and let the reassurance of HIS everlasting Love start to heal our broken hearts. I thank GOD he put Betty in my path I was able to share the word of God with her and was able to see her bright beautiful smile.
