Brenda Lee Jennings, age 73, and a resident of Canyon Lake, passed away Tuesday morning, October 18, 2022 at Pam Specialty Hospital in New Braunfels. Brenda was born on December 5, 1948 in Magnolia, TX to the late Cecil Lee Mack and Waldene Brode Mack. During her professional career, Brenda was employed as a customer service representative for Southwestern Bell and later AT&T. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Dawn DeCola and two sisters, Linda Chavers and Evelyn Mack. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Daniel Jennings; daughter, Dana Gibson and husband, Jason; grandchildren, Cohl Gibson, Makenzie Gibson, Hannah DeCola, Ryan DeCola, Savannah Bradshaw, Dekota Bradshaw and Nathaniel DeCola and brother, Cecil Mack, Jr. In addition, Brenda is survived by her son-in-law, James DeCola and wife, Mandy. Graveside services are scheduled for 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Hill Country Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 11:00 AM at Oakwood Baptist Church.

I have fond memories of Brenda during the time she lived in Houston. She was so sweet and so faithful to her church, to her family and to her friends. She was a faithful member to the choir and to her friends. I’ll always remember the years we spent together in our share group. May God have a special crown
for her on the day He gives out rewards.
