Delmira Ann Casanova, 73, of New Braunfels, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017 in New Braunfels. Born on February 21, 1944 in San Antonio, she was the daughter of the late Amado and Felipina Ayala. Delmira is survived by her husband, Rodolfo Casanova, Sr.; children, Rudy Casanova, Jr. and his wife Robin, Mark Casanova, M.D., and Kristina Casanova; grandchildren, Remington, Ridge, and Taylor; and sisters, Gloria Valdez and Madeline Lowry. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00-8:00 p.m. with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. All services will conclude at the end of mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hope Hospice in New Braunfels.
