  3. I met George years ago while I was a hostess at Cappys. He was my favorite person to chat with while the craziness happened around us. We always had a special bottle of wine just for George & I always poured him more than what I was supposed to.. we called it, “ The George pour” …. he was a very kind & generous soul . When he found out that I loved music , he invited my mom & I to watch him play in the San Antonio Symphony . It was a magical moment being so close to the stage & getting to have a mother , daughter date. After working at Cappys, I became a Massage Therapist & was employed at the Concord Athletic Club… one day when leaving work, I ran into George .. just so happened that he was a member there. He then instantly got on my massage schedule and I saw him every Tuesday for a massage after his workout & before he would head to Cappys for his glass of wine & dinner. I remember some of the stories he shared with me about his heart shaped lake that he had made , he puppy that he had adopted & his love for wine , music & mustang chicken. George was always one of a kind & the type of person that you just never forget. I’m sad to hear about his passing at such a young age. You will be missed George . I’m going to pour myself a glass of wine right now & make sure it’s a , “George Pour”…
