Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I am Richard Bidinger, one of many, Glenn’s nephew. I am 62 years old. During the early 70’s, my parents, Don & Marge Bidinger, (Glenn’s sister) and Uncle Glenn & Aunt Muriel’s family would rent summer cabins for a week on Lake Wissota. I was about 10-13 years old then and those were the best summer vacations. We had boating, swimming at the lake and mini-bikes and horses at Uncle Glenn’s. For all of you who may be reading this, if you see Sally or Linda, Glenn’s daughters, my cousins, just say…Lake Wissota…and watch a huge smile appear. Thank you Uncle Glenn for the greatest childhood memories. P.S., Sally and Linda…the dairy freeze at the top of the hill, above the cabins, across the railroad tracks. Thank you Uncle Glenn, for everything. Richard Eric Bidinger.

    • Thank you cousin Richard (Dick). We do have great memories with our cousins and aunts and uncles and grandparents and siblings.. AND Lake Wissota ! Woohoo!!

  2. Dick and Sue Bidinger, we’ll see everyone this summer in Cadott, WI. God Bless. I will miss you Unca Glenn. Dick B.

  3. A great friend to my father James M. Ruley and family. Glenn had a big, joyous personality and his smile and coaxing to bring customers to buy ice cream at the Lions Booth during Wurstfest was the challenge for the “ Reuben Sandwich “ booth employees across the aisle to rally up business. A blessing to all that knew him.

  4. Our deepest condolences to you Muriel and your entire family. Glenn will be dearly missed. There will be a void at the Chamber Mixers without him and lots of beer left over without him to drink Art’s glass. RIP Glenn

  5. I’ll always remember Uncle Glenn for being so sharing and generous. When I was 17, I was in an accident and my car was totaled. It was my pride and joy at the time, and Uncle Glenn offered to repair it. No other shop would have touched it, but he and his crew worked their magic and a few weeks later I had it back. I’ll always remember that – it meant so much to me. Thanks Uncle Glenn, we’ll miss you.

  6. My deepest condolences to the entire family. Glenn was a long time customer and friend and his cheerful personality will be missed. God Bless
