Gloria A. Palmer

Gloria A. Palmer of Seguin, Texas, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2018 in Schertz, Texas at the age of 86. Born on April 16, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Charles Angelini and Aurora Martinez Angelini. In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her brother, Chuck Angelini, sister, Rosemary Edwards, and close friend, Refugio Navarro. Gloria is survived by her sister, Hilda Schindler; brother, Billy Angelini; sons, Joey Castiglione (Irma), Wade Palmer (Connie), Rod Palmer (Bonnie), and Mike Palmer (Jo Ann); ex-husband, Joseph Castiglione, Sr.; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and her dog, Pepe. Gloria was the former owner of Palmer Mortuary in Seguin. A viewing will take place on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel in New Braunfels, Texas. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Seguin, Texas on Saturday, January 5, 2019 with the Mass of Christian Burial to immediately follow. Burial will then take place at San Geronimo Cemetery in Seguin, Texas.
