Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. I finally met Joe, my best friend Ronda’s Dad, when he ended up living at Legend Oaks in New Braunfels. I would always ask her about her Dad. It was like a gift fell into my lap when we met. We had many conversations about life, death, family, travels, music, regrets, you name it! He was very kind, gentle and appreciative of my visits. I hope he knew how much I appreciated and loved him as well. He was a child of the most high God. I’ll cherish every precious memory of my friend Joe James. God bless all of his family at this very difficult time. 💟☮️✝️🛐

  2. Joe and I went high school together and went to work for Missouri Pacific RR in June 1957. We were conductors and brakeman for several years. In 1963 we went into management program out of St. Louis. I changed career in 1964. Joe continued in management and had a Fantastic career. Great railroad mind. So sorry to hear of his passing.
