Karen D. Lamar, a resident of Seguin, passed away surrounded by her loving family on May 7, 2015 at the age of 67. Karen was born on August 2, 1947 in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Robert Merrill Kersbergen and Frances June Morgan Kersbergen. Survivors include special friend Kenneth L. Anderson; sister, Kathy Desai and husband, Mukund; nieces and nephews, Damion Desai, Avanti Desai and Arjun Desai; special children, Kevin Anderson and Kelly Harris; grandchildren, Kayla, Haley and Madison. Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00am on Monday, May 11, 2015 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. All services will end at the conclusion of the memorial service on Monday afternoon.

Words cannot convey the emptiness I feel for my dear friend Karen. I have known you for 35 years and the emptiness I feel for you is all consuming. You were a very special person with a heart full of love. I am so glade you had thoes grand babies to love as this is somthing you have wanted for some time. Your loss is felt ever day.
