Lenzy Jay Colquitt, 25, of San Antonio TX died unexpectedly on June 11, 2021 from injuries/ complications sustained from COVID vaccine/ clinical testing & Hospital neglect . His loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. Lenzy Jay Colquitt was born on October 3, 1995 to Jonnilyn English & Jay Colquitt in San Antonio, TX. Lenzy Jay attended Samuel V. Champion High School and was a fun, loving, brother to Justin Dixon and Aubrilyn Dixon. After graduating high school, Lenzy Jay moved to Live Oak and proudly adopted an 8 month old Golden Retriever Mix, Doja, whom he loved with all of his heart. Lenzy Jay was wonderful with animals, and even better with kids. He leaves behind two beautiful children of his beloved sister, Aubrilyn Dixon - his beautiful newly one year old niece, Biancalyn, his handsome two & a half year old nephew, Sevin, & last but not least he leaves behind 2 beautiful children of his beloved brother, Justin Dixon -his adventurous, genius of a niece Helena, and his spunky, magically creative niece Sofia. All of whom he loved dearly, and to say the least it was highly reciprocated. He loved every moment with them he had, just as much as they adored their play time with their Uncle Lenzy. They will continue to see pictures and hear the stories of how wonderful and full of love their relationships were with him, and his memory shall never be forgotten. Anyone who knew Lenzy Jay, knew that he was and will always remain to be such a light in everyone's lives, he wanted nothing more than for everyone to see him, love him, and for everyone around him to be united - family, friends, new he never wanted anyone to be left behind. He had immense, respectable resilience throughout the struggles that never failed to scale the horizon, and somehow he always strived to be a source of positivity. Lenzy Jay’s family and friends will miss him more than words can say.
