Guestbook

  1. I have known “Andy” since 1968 when he was my supervisor at Lockbourne AFB in Columbus, Ohio. We went to Utapao Thailand together in 1969-1970 and shared the same hooch for that year. Sgt Anderson was my mentor as a young airman and he was as fine a man as I ever served with in the U.S. Air Force and I will remember his leadership and friendship forever. He was a fine man and was well respected as an NCO and an AMMO man. May he rest in peace. Bill Casto, St. Louis, MO

  2. My condolences to the Anderson families. I’m sorry to hear about the loss of dear Lester. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part “Your dead ones will live…They will rise up”. And the Bible also says “The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will forever reside upon it”. Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out”. This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ’s ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering. I hope that these scriptures will be of some comfort to you.

  3. I remember and enjoyed Lester coming into my office for travel. We would talk for over an hour, he was such a sweet gentleman all he talked about was his sweet Jeannie. He will be missed dearly, my sincere condolences to Jeannie and family.

  4. My condolences to the family. I will miss all the things we shared on Facebook and his love for cats.
