  1. I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Uncle Pooch. Deborah, how happy I am that you came into his life! Blessings…..

  2. I am just going to post what I said on facebook after receiving the news from Uncle Wayne: I absolutely adored my Uncle Pooch. He came to visit us regularly in Cain City and obviously loved us. He seemed the most wonderful, silly fun and funny “giant” ever to me. He awlawys lifted me high above his head and made me laugh and giggle-he was good stuff…really good stuff. He did enjoy bbq’ing. He once gave me a piece of “chicken” winking at me…it was rattlesnake and somehow my Mom fond out! I only have fond memories of my Uncle Pooch and my girlie cousins. I have been thinking about the 1st time I met Deborah and saw her and Uncle Pooch together….he smiled the entire time…he really did!

  3. I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Uncle Pooch. Deborah, how happy I am that you came into his life! Blessings…..

  4. Wonderful neighbors. Pooch was always sweet, friendly, sincere, and caring. We are greatful just to have known him. God bless.

  5. Mr. Billings, I’m so sad to know you have left us but I feel comfort knowing that you will no longer suffer. You touched us all with your kindness and you will be greatly missed. I hope you sing and dance with Gods Angels and feel right at home.

  6. I have made a few notes on my Facebook and extended farther on the internet regarding what a special person my little brother Pooch was over our many shared years — and how his years have been made so much richer by Deborah.

  7. Pooch, I am sorry for your suffering. I will take comfort in knowing that you are in a better place now. May God’s Peace Be With You through Your Eternity! God Blessed us with You, now I pray you are Richly Blessed in turn!

  8. My Daddy Pooch- Oh How I will miss you! In case I never told you- Thank you so much For always putting a roof over my head & having food on the table. I am so glad Deborah came into your life & made you as happy as you were the last 25 yrs of your life I hope to see you again some day in heaven Tell Granma Katie Mae & Grandpa Ross I miss them too! No more suffering for you 🙂 You can be with your family now. I will do what I can for Deborah- I Love You! Always Dude Bug😢

  9. First my condolences to Pooch’s family. Pooch was a good friend and helped me get CEC off the ground in 1983 and worked here for more than 25 years and ge taught me a lot. Asking him to retire in 2008 was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. I don’t think he ever got over it. His attention to detail and his admonition to always do good work are values that we carry forward even today. Thanks Pooch. Here’s to a lot of good times – working, fishing, drinking beer, and telling jokes. We always had a good time.
