Paul R. Pratt

Paul Russell Pratt, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away at his home on Friday, October 26, 2012 at the age of 85. Paul was born on November 9, 1926 in Hi Hat, KY to Frank Pratt and Mada Gibson Pratt. A veteran and hero of WWII, Paul was a Navy Seaman who graduated from University of Kentucky and became an accountant for many years. He had an amazing green thumb that anyone would love to be blessed with, along with a passion for running in the early mornings. In addition, he took many pictures making family memories. He will be missed dearly by his wife of 60-extraordinary years, Betti Jo Pratt (Dammy); also by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly & Shawn Gabbard and Kelly & Matt Zezula; his granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Nicci & Carlyle Perez; his grandsons, Chance and Sammy Bates and his great-grandson, Logan Babcock (Perez). He has made many memories for us to cherish that will live on strong in all of our hearts. We are so thankful for these wonderful memories he made for us. May he rest in peace among the angles and be rejoined by loved ones, smiling upon us in Heaven. He will be greatly missed, never forgotten and loved always and forever.
