  1. Mom, As I sit here and type this trying to cope with your departure from us. God is starting to show me how life on earth is just a small stepping stone in whats to come. I see you in a beautiful place in perfect health and beauty. So beautiful words can’t describe. Say hi to Gran,Grandpa,Nicky,Lacy,Slick,Patty,Poo,Scruffy and my dear sweet Cuda.Tell everyone I love them and I will see you guys one day when God is ready to bring me home.

  2. We wrote to each other for so long and then your letters trickled away. I knew you weren’t in good health but prayed for healing. After a while, a faced the possibility that you were gone. I have searched but until today, I didn’t know for sure. I still miss our correspondence. Closure is good, yes, but no one can replace a friend. I know you aren’t actually going to read this. There are no more tears in heaven so why would you need to glance back at this world full of sorrow? I write out of my own need to say good bye and to remind myself ~ to see it written somewhere ~ that I will see you again someday.
