  1. I met Troy while we were “Force Protection” contractors in Iraq. We soon discovered our life paths had crossed often during and since Vietnam. His love of country and devotion to those who serve her has no measure. Our mutual respect and close friendship is what I will most cherish all the days of my life. My deepest condolences to Lee and family, and to all who had the great pleasure of knowing this remarkable man.

  2. Troy…You were always my big brother, from childhood and always. I know you are in heaven with your mom and my mom playing a guitar and singing songs….! One day I hope I get to see you again ! God Bless you Lee, Travis, Edwina, Morgan and Lynn and Randy, Ronnie and to all who knew Troy and the man he is and will always be in our hearts !

  3. Troy and I were friends since we met in Electronics School on Treasure Island in the San Francisco Bay in 1963. We were close friends ever since. I can say no more than he was a great person and even a greater friend. He will be missed by me but NEVER forgotten.
