David Jarratt

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David Jarratt, who died peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on January 4, 2025. David was born in Anson, Texas on June 16, 1953. He married Carol Anderson on September 12, 1975. They celebrated 49 years of marriage last year. As we bid farewell to David, we celebrate a life fully lived, a spirit that touched hearts and a legacy that will forever inspire us to embrace life with the same enthusiasm, love, and humor that he embodied.
David was preceded in death by his parents, John and Joan Jarratt. He is survived by his wife Carol, daughter Jennifer Brooks and husband Christian and grandchildren, Connor, Parker and Jesse, of Austin, Tx; daughter Hollie Jarratt and husband Mike of Austin, Tx; sister, Mary Gomez and nephew, Travis Gomez of Lubbock, Tx.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1 at 2:30 pm at the Smith Family Chapel at Riverbend Church. 4214 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746
