  1. Sylvia Kraft Graham, age 85 died July 28, 2025. She was born in Luxello, TX in 1939. She was the oldest of 6 children. She met Richard Weisenmiller on a blind date and ended up marrying him at the ripe old age of 17. They had three children, whom Sylvia devoted her life to. She loved being a mom and was truly delighted to have 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Babies made her day.
Sylvia lived in Ohio for 25 years, but ended up back in Texas divorced and starting over. And talk about starting over, she worked for Bluebonnet Motors for 30 years! She did pretty well for a farm girl who never graduated from high school.
Sylvia loved life. She was a party girl. She was always ready to go to the coast, fly to Las Vegas or visit her children that were spread out over the country. She loved to dance and drink and smoke! It’s actually surprising she lived as long as she did!
Sylvia was a very generous person. She was always sending out cards with $ or lottery tickets. She always said she would probably die of a heart attack if she won the big one! She finally won the big one. May she rest in peace.
Sylvia is preceded in death by her father Harold Kraft, mother Clara Kraft, brother Harold Kraft Jr and sister Gloria Medina.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Debra (John) Smith, John Weisenmiller and Mary (Jeffery) Hausler; brother Larry (Adrian) Kraft; sisters Cynthia Garland and Constance Kopecky; grandchildren John Henterly, James Henterly, Briana Hausler, Kashea (Edward) Nelson, Chanelle Hausler, Jaiden Hausler and Brett Weisenmiller; great grandchildren Marissa Henterly, James Henterly, Logan Hausler, Blake Henterly, Brea Henterly, Alaska Harris, Vander and Vincent Nelson and many nephews and nieces, especially Brenda (Mike) Schumann and Royce (Paulina) Garland, who were regular visitors at Kirkwood Manor.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to St Jude’s, Sylvia’s favorite charity.
