Diana S. Cerna, a former resident of New Braunfels, passed away on October 7, 2025 in San Marcos. Born on July 17, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Viviano A. Cerna and Olga Sandoval Cerna.
Diane, Enjoyed having her nails painted, coloring books, and having a conversation with everyone and anyone. She had a love for the oldies, the Beatles and Elton John; she would sing at the top of her lungs Bennie and the Jets. She would love a good cup of coffee with a pan dulce first thing in the morning. Diane also loved sleeping with her stuffed Teddy Bears.
Diana is survived by her siblings, Rene Cerna, Roland Cerna (Peggy), Ronnie Cerna(Janie) and numerous nieces, and nephews, cousins and aunt.
In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her brothers, Rudolph Cerna, Viviano “Be-Be” Cerna Jr., Ruben “Cache” Cerna, and Richard Cerna
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
