Marshall Neal

Marshall M. Neal, 92, passed away on November 27, 2025 in Canyon Lake, Texas.  He was born in Rayburn, Texas, on June 18, 1933, to Jesse and Mollie Neal. He grew up with 8 brothers and 1 sister.

Marshall was a Korean War veteran and served in the Navy on the aircraft carrier, USS Philippine Sea. He was employed by and retired from Houston Lighting and Power. Marshall together with his father-in law and brother in-law were avid fishermen. He was and always will be the ultimate handyman.

He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Tillie Neal; children: Russell, Holly, Sheryl, and Marshall, Jr.; grandchildren: Joshua, Zakry, Sammi, Carli, and Haylei. Special thanks to Russell’s wife, Ronnie, and step daughter, Marissa, for being there at the end.
