Roy Caballero Young, 48, of new Braunfels, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at his home. Born on May 20, 1977 in New Braunfels, he was the son of Roy Gonzales Young and Estella Caballero Young.

Known for his artistic talent and humor, he had an unmatched gravitational pull that drew people in. The smiles and laughter he shared will be cherished forever, leaving behind memories that will never be forgotten.

In addition to his mother, Roy is survived by his children, Roy Caballero Young Jr., Jeremiah Ryan Young, & Angel Lopez.

Roy is preceded in death by his beloved partner, Jackie Thrower.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00-8:00 PM.
