Dale Kuhn

July 2, 1959 ~ April 25, 2025
Dale Leland Kuhn age 65 passed away peacefully on April 25, 2025, in New Braunfels, Texas. He was born July 2nd,1959 in San Antonio, Texas to Charles and Myrna Kay Kuhn. Dale graduated from Smithson Valley High School in 1977 and went on to further his education at Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas. He married Connie Koehler on December 28, 1979, and they resided in New Braunfels raising their two daughters. Dale worked many years alongside his father in the Water Well Drilling business, ventured to working for the State investigating Water Wells and later ran a private Zoological Park. He then decided to follow his passion in construction and started his own business CDK Contracting.
He was a man of many trades; there was nothing he could not do or fix. Dale was a hard worker and had big, big dreams for him and his family. He loved racing, snow skiing, playing cards and working on his property. He wanted everything to be pristine. He loved to tell stories and made sure he would explain every single detail.
The beach was his favorite vacation spot. He fulfilled his biggest dream a little over a year ago by purchasing the perfect coast home on the canals in Corpus Christi where he and Connie would spend a lot of their time and looked forward to retirement and relaxing on the water. We are forever grateful that he and Connie got to spend his last few days at their home in Corpus Christi and will cherish the time together there forever.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Connie Kuhn, his daughters Stacey Carpenter and Wendy Reyes, son in law Jason Reyes, 5 beautiful grandchildren, Derek, Jaelynn, Jake, Reagan and Jameson, his mother Myrna Kay Kuhn, sister and brother in law Debbie and Jim Rhodes, brother in law and sister in law Chris and Linda Koehler, brother in law and sister in law Curtis and Laurie Koehler and many cousins, nieces and nephews and his yorkie Marlee Mae.
He is preceded in death by his Grandparents Elo and Lucile Kuhn, Francis and Mildred Lenard, Father Charles (Charlie) Kuhn, and in laws Leelan and Jerilyn Koehler.
