Felix Rodriguez

Felix Rodriguez, a beloved husband, stepfather, grandfather, brother, and uncle, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, in New Braunfels, Texas, at the age of 67. Born on February 11, 1958, Felix lived a life marked by his devotion to family and his simple pleasures.

Felix was a dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys, never missing a game and cheering on his favorite team with unwavering loyalty. He also found great joy and tranquility working in his yard, meticulously tending to his plants and creating a beautiful space for his loved ones.

He is survived by his loving wife, Maria S. Lopez, who was his devoted partner. Felix also leaves behind his stepchildren, Patricia Lopez, Mary Jane Roehrman (Terry), and Jose Lopez (Linda), who he cherished dearly. His legacy continues through his 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life.

Felix is also survived by his brother, Antonio Rodriguez, and his sisters, Donelia Jimenez, Beatrice Astran (Daniel), Gloria Escobedo (Guadalupe), Minerva Adam (Andrew), Mary Ann Vela (Robert), Maria del Rosario, Mary Esther Talley, Eva Corona, and Rita Garza (Manuel). He leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will deeply miss his presence.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Esperanza Rodriguez; his brother, Jesse Rodriguez; and his brother-in-law, Woody Talley.

A private viewing was held for his family to have final moments with him.
