Mary Ann Hernandez, 65, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025. Mary Ann was born on January 21, 1960 in New Braunfels, Texas. She was the daughter of Pasqual and Rosa Rodriguez.

Mary Ann was born and raised in New Braunfels Texas. She dedicated herself to a career in Human Resources for multiple major companies like TXI, Walmart Distribution and Sam’s Club. After 30 years of dedication to the HR community, she retired here in New Braunfels where she then dedicated all of her free time to traveling and her grandchildren. Her greatest accomplishment was becoming a grandmother and she loved them more than anything in this world.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her children, Armando Hernandez, Jr. and wife, Amber and Sheenae Hernandez-Garcia and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Cailin, Harper, Gannon, Jamison, and Emerson; brother, Johnnie Joe Rodriguez, Sr., and girlfriend, Kathy and sister, Rosemary Phillips and late husband, Paul. She is loved by many cousins, nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be on Monday, September 1st, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lux Funeral Home in New Braunfels, TX. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church and services will conclude at Holy Family.
