Mary Ann Thomas, 88, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2025. Born on March 28, 1937, in Carrollton, Kentucky, she lived a fun-filled, spirited, and loving life. She shared 68 devoted years of marriage with her husband, Donald Thomas.

She is survived by her children: Kimbee Christilles and her husband, Darrell Christilles; Teresa Coyle; and Scott Thomas and his wife, Tracy Thomas. She treasured her role as grandmother to 12 and great-grandmother to 13.

She is preceded in death by her children, Terry Wayne Thomas and Angela Marcia Milam. Now, another angel has gone to join them and the rest of her family in heaven.

Mary Ann embraced every experience life offered—fishing trips, creative projects, cooking, painting, interior design, and even serving as pit crew for her son’s motocross. She was also a gifted seamstress whose hands and heart were always busy creating something special.

She lived boldly, loved deeply, and laughed often. Her greatest joy was her family!

She will be deeply missed and forever treasured. We will honor her memory by carrying forward, the joy  and love she shared every day of her life!

  2. I’m going to miss her very much. I always looked forward to Aunt Marry and Uncle Don coming out to see us when I was a kid. And the times we’d come out to visit her. I love her and Uncle Don and the family so much and my heart breaks for them. She had a long happy life getting to do the things she wanted to do. Now she can rest in peace and soon get to join her mother, father, brothers, and sisters in heaven. She’ll get to see Terry, Angie, and Little Donnie too. She’ll get to will always be in our hearts, in our minds with the wonderful memories she gave us, and she’ll help guide our prayers to the other side. I miss calling her and just talking. She always would be so warm and kind. Miss her hugs and her wonderful smile. Miss her walking around with her curlers in her hair while drinking her coffee or tea. Thank you for everything dear. Love always.

  3. Aunt Mary was the dearest sister to my mother. We are saddened by her loss but have faith she will be with her parents, siblings and children in the light of our lord. May you rest in peace Mary and we pray for comfort to your husband Don, your children and all your grandchildren.
