Rudolf Hutter

Rudolf J. Hutter, age 89, of Spring Branch, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. Born on January 31, 1932 in Kikinda, Yugoslavia, he was the son of late Rudolf M. Hutter and Ella Hutter. After suffering 3 years in a concentration camp in Yugoslavia, Rudy led the escape to Germany where he attended trade school. He moved to the United States in 1952 where he began his long career as a business owner. He successfully managed and owned The Hutter Machine Co. and The Carlson Company. He met his loving wife, Helene Hutter, in 1955. They were married for 65 years. Rudy loved to spend time with his family and friends. He loved to golf, read, and watch westerns on TV. Rudy is survived by his wife, Helene; daughters Lydia (Gerry) Halbrook and Sylvia Fowler; son Rudolf E Hutter; grandchildren Jennifer Fowler, Jessica Fowler, Kristine (Scott) Naylor and Ryan Halbrook; great grandchildren Ashley, Austin, Joseph, McKaylee, Patrick, and Tyler and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at LUX Funeral Home at 2:00pm.
