Arno Arthur Schrank

Arno Arthur Schrank, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away at his home on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the age of 92. Born on August 10, 1930 in Bexar, Texas, he was the son of the late Emil Schrank and Lydia Bettcher Schrank. Arno proudly served in the Air Force until 1954. He then worked as an electronics technician for Federal Aviation Agency in San Antonio. Arno is survived by his children, Richard Schrank and wife Loree, and Linda Schrank; granddaughters Linda Allen, Roxanne Schrank and Sarah Schrank; grandsons, Richard Remington Schrank, and Noah Schrank; and great granddaughter, Olive Schrank. In addition to his parents, Arno was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Sarah Lucy Schrank; son, Arno Schrank, Jr.; grandsons, Colt Schrank and James Allen; and siblings, Lillian Phillips, Lizzie Cohle, Alvin Schrank, Agnes Taggerste, Melinda Dick, and Pauline Gierspick. All services will be private.
