  1. I would like to offer my most heartfelt condolences to Bruces’ family, and friends especially his brothers Jim, and Steve. Bruce was and is one of my closest friends from the times we grew up in Jamestown RI to the times we shared in Southern California. To me Bruce was one of those genuine friends that life only offers to us in very small numbers. There were so many good times, and special moments that if written down would stretch miles long. Bruce had many attributes such as a loyal friend, great personality, and remarkable sense of humor. Bruces love for the arts especially his music, instruments he played, Martial Arts, surfing, and others, seemed to me to keep him in balance, and peace. Bruce and I stayed in touch for the last 30 years when I left California, calling each other on our birthdays and talking for almost 2 hours each time. Those moments i cherished because being so far away didn’t stop our communication. Everyone that knew Bruce thought very highly of him, and really liked him as a person. The news of Bruces passing was very heart striking to me which i’m sure it was for all.. Today and always I will remember Bruce for all of our great times, and positive influence he had on my life. Rest in Peace brother, Love You

  2. Bruce will be missed by a great many people from the East Coast (Jamestown, R.I. ) to the West Coast ( southern California ) & points in between where ever he met people . He was a childhood classmate of mine back in Jamestown ,R.I. We also jammed around in a makeshift band after graduating from high school. He was in a number of rock bands with numerous musicians from Jamestown ,all of us friends with Bruce . I met up with him again in Southern California with another lifelong friend & drummer from Jamestown , Fred , & we formed another band , based out of San Marcos , for a short time . He was an extremely talented musician & friend , of whom we will all miss . Rest in Peace Bruce , & keep on Rockin’ in Heaven . Your friend ,Thomas Hull

  3. I am so sorry to hear of Bruce’s passing. I went to school with him in Jamestown RI and my memory of him was his friendly and kind nature. It’s been many many years since I knew him, but he’s one of those people that you don’t forget.

  4. My brother Bruce was my friend and shelter in a tumultuous first decade of life, and I cherish every memory with him. It was from Bruce that I was first awestruck by the power of music, and I learned from him how to live with spontaneity and kindness and compassion. He continued to write and record music right up to the end of his life, and no person I have ever met has been so consistently true to himself. You will always be a part of me, big brother. Love you forever.
