Cynthia Gomez

Cynthia Ann Gomez, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Christus Santa Rosa in New Braunfels at the age of 54. Cynthia was born on March 9, 1966 in Seguin, Texas to the late Gilbert Magana Gomez and Yolanda Vela Gomez. Cindy was a very kind hearted soul, loved helping people and was always smiling. She loved to spend all her time with her family playing bingo, having family dinners, going on car rides and just loved to listen to music and sing. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends and will forever be our guardian angel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Magana Gomez and Yolanda Vela Gomez, and brother, Carlos Gomez. Survivors include sisters, Rosalinda Gomez and significant other James Villarreal, Mary Amesquita and husband Michael, Jennifer Garcia Fuentes and husband LeRoy, Pamela Garcia-Sanchez and significant other Paul Hernandez, and Priscilla Sauceda; brothers, Steven V. Gomez and wife Felicha, Gilbert Gomez,Jr. and wife Brenda, and Gilbert Medina and wife Vanessa; sister-in-law, Virginia Gomez; and nieces and nephews, Michelle Gomez, Steven Gomez, Jr., Alyssa Gomez, Gilbert Gomez III, Somer Davila Flores, and Dlyan Gomez. Cynthia will be laid to rest with her mother at Santo Tomas at a later date.
