Derrick Don McPherson

Derrick Don McPherson, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020 at St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 62. Mr. McPherson was born on September 30, 1958 in Trinidad and Tobago to the late Paul Paguandas and Nell Paguandas. For many years, Derrick was the manager at the Landa Street Car Wash. A very loving and heartful man. Loved and respected by many. Derrick McPherson will always forever be a Legend. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dave and sister, Donna. Survivors include his loving wife, Joyce McPherson; daughters, Ayanna Benjamin and Natasher Benjamin and companion, Brett; granddaughters, Daenaya, Jaenia, and Lashyia; grandsons, Amaziah, Azariah, Aziah, and Zayden; sister, Denise; brother, Henery; and sister, Debra and her other, Jamesy. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Santo Tomas Cemetery in Seguin.
