Elvia Rodriguez, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Thursday evening, July 4, 2019 at the age of 59. Elvia was born on September 24, 1959 in Piedras Negras, Mexico to Armando Rodriguez and Dora Gonzalez. She was preceded in death by her father, Armando Rodriguez. Survivors include her husband, Raul Romero; children, Jose Alejandro Maldonado and Giselle Robinson; grandchildren, Jose Alejandro Maldonado, Jr., Isabelle Perez, Julian Perez, Brooklynn Robinson, William Robinson and Ryleigh Robinson; mother, Dora Gonzalez; sisters, Dora Hernandez, Sonia Cortez and Patricia Esquivel. In addition, Elvia is survived by her brothers, Jose, Sergio and Armando Rodriguez. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Sunday evening, July 7, 2019 and Monday morning, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel with a graveside service to follow at 2:00 PM at Santo Tomas Cemetery in Seguin, TX.
