Francisca V. Perez

Francisca V. Perez, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Thursday April 28, 2022 at Kirkwood Manor in New Braunfels at the age of 83. Francisca was born on September 11, 1938 in Seguin, TX to Dimas Vasquez and Emilia Mendoza Vasquez. Francisca was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was also a devoted Christian starting everyday reading her bible. She loved cooking and taking care of her family's needs always before her own. She especially enjoyed cooking Sunday dinners for her family. She was a devoted mother and a true homebody. Her favorite thing was staying home and enjoying when her family visited her. Francisca was preceded in death by her parents, and her loving husband Raul O. Perez. She is survived by her children Emilia “Emily” Grubbs, husband Thomas, Gloria P. Sanchez, husband Edward, Carlos Perez, and Paul Perez. Grandchildren Richard Torres, Jr., Robert Torres, Venessa Perales, Edward Sanchez, Jr., Adrian Sanchez, Sabrina Sanchez, Lillian Perez, Derek Perez, and Noah Perez. Great grandchildren Ezra Torres, Amelia Perales, Alina, Landon, and Marla Sanchez, and Eliza Sanchez. The family would like to thank the wonderful people from Hope Hospice and all the staff at Kirkwood Manor that looked after her. Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with a prayer service on Sunday May 1, 2022 at Lux Funeral Home Chapel.
