Frank D. Wagner, Jr., 74, of New Braunfels, TX, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Northeast Methodist Hospital in Live Oak, TX. Born on October 30, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he was the son of Frank D. Wagner and Nell Harper Wagner.
Frank is survived by his wife of 37 years, Therese Wagner; his mother, Nell Wagner; children, Tina Kucera (Shaun), Kathy Dorsey (Wade), Barbara Bishop and 4 grandchildren.
Frank graduated from McLean High School in Tulsa, Ok and Crowder College in Neosho, MO. He worked as a Mechanical Designer for almost 45 years. Frank was also a fan of NASCAR and loved watching football, especially the UTSA Roadrunners.

Frank was like a big brother to me because he was 10 years older than me and because he was always very kind hearted to everyone.
