Gail F. Snyder

Gail Frances Snyder, a resident of Converse, passed away on March 8, 2015 at Sundance Inn in New Braunfels at the age of 76. Gail was born on July 26, 1938 in Morganton, NC to Frank Clyde Patton and Maxine Stevens Patton. Gail worked in the hospitality industry in hotels; graduated from St. Phillips College with a nurse's aide degree, working in hospitals. She united with Live Oak FBC November 12, 1980. Survivors include her loving husband of 29-years, Chris Snyder; sister, Diane Oravec, of Clinton Township, MI; 3 children, Scott Swedlund of Canyon Lake, TX, Jayne Cantrell of San Antonio and Paul Swedlund of Panama City, FL; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Maxine and Frank Patton. Memorial services are scheduled for 4:30pm on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Live Oak First Baptist Church.
