Isabel V. Luna, a resident of New Braunfels, TX passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 in New Braunfels at the age of 91. Isabel was born on March 28, 1930 in New Braunfels, TX to the late Julian and Martha Villarreal. She enjoyed working in the yard with her roses, going to play Bingo and loved to be surrounded by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of Union Funebre De Padres Familiares, Inc. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Fidencio Luna; sisters, Rosa Martinez and Concepcion Talamantez, and brother, Felipe Villarreal. Survivors include her daughters, Alice Urbina, Angie Valdez and husband, Sipriano; grandchildren, Enrique Urbina, Olivia Urbina, Vanessa Flores and husband Matt, Edgar Urbina and wife Marissa, Valerie Valdez and boyfriend Angel Gonzalez and four great-grandchildren, Ileana Urbina, Liam and Aralynn Urbina and Ethan Flores. A special thanks to Hope Hospice for the care of our mother and to her nurse Anjanette for showing compassion and kindness to our mother. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 19, 2021 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help with a burial to follow at Comal Cemetery.

I’m going to miss her laugh and all the funny story’s she’s told us , there’s not a day that goes by where I don’t miss my grandma never did I think you would be taken so soon but I understand your angels were wanting you home , another beautiful soul was needed in heaven ♥️I know you have been showing me nothing but signs these past days and I’m glad to know you are around, may God take care of my beautiful Angel up there now .
