James Marvin Keir, 88 , Passed away November 11, 2021. He was born June 17th, 1933 in Washington D.C. to the late James & Mary Keir. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Linda Horst, son James Keir, son John Keir, daughter Debra Keir, (deceased), and a host of other relatives & friends.
Funeral services will be deferred until spring of 2022 at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, MD.
