Jill Lynn Gillrup

Jill Lynn Gillrup, of New Braunfels, passed away at home on Friday, February 17th. Jill was born on December 2nd, 1964 to Henry (Bud) and Barbara Hand. She married Jeffery Dean Gillrup in July of 1987. They shared a beautiful life together with their 5 children in New Braunfels, Texas. Her greatest joy were her grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time camping, and traveling to the beach and the lake with her family. Her final days were spent happily at home with her sister and best friend Rhonda, and her close family. Jill graduated St. Phillips college as an LVN and enjoyed her career working with the elderly. Jill is survived by her loving husband, Jeff Gillrup. Their 5 children, Kassie (Gerald) Erebia, Jamie (Zeb) Vicknair, Daniel (Hollie) Gillrup, Molly (Joe Jr) Willtrout, Abby (Justin) Campbell. 12 beautiful grandchildren, Kara, Ava, Laini, Zane, Tristan, Kash, Logan, Kayden, Audrey, Dean, Sawyer, and Isla. And many nieces and nephews. Her 4 siblings, Jeff (Tammy) Hand, Dwayne (Joyce) Hand, Rhonda (Kirk) Smith, and Steven Hand. Jill was preceded in death by her father and mother Henry and Barbara Hand, her in-laws Jack and Elaine Gillrup, and her nephew Doug Hand.
