Julia A. Carr, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021 in New Braunfels, Texas at the age of 63. Julia was born on January 5, 1958 in Baytown, Texas to Allen and Dorothea Leeper.
Julia was a devoted mother and wife. She was passionate about going on Harley rides with her husband, camping, coloring pictures and taking care of her plants. Julia was very adventurous and had a very easy going personality. She loved all her friends and family. She touched many lives with her smile and generosity.
Julia is preceded by her mother. She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Vince Carr; children, Nicole Carr (Julianna Palmer), Justin Carr and Kelly Carr; seven grandchildren; siblings, Leon Steward and Sandy Jensen; father, Allen Leeper and her two loving dog companions, Riley and Stella. Julia is survived by many loving family and friends.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Leakey Floral Cemetery in Leakey, Texas.

when we were kids Julie had an Indian motorcycle. I didn’t have one but my brother had a dirt bike that I would sneak off with. We would ride till after dark. Back roads and on trails in the woods. We always had fun every time we were together which was every day until we our twenties. I miss you Julie.
