The Lord called Seth Cade Waggener home on December 18, 2020 at the age of 31. Seth was born in Cuero, TX on March 30, 1989 to Paul and Tammy Waggener. Seth leaves behind his parents, his brother Samuel, his sister Hannah, his niece Madalynn, along with numerous loving uncles, aunts, and cousins. Seth had a kind heart and warm smile and he will be greatly missed by those who truly knew him. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Homeward Bound Behavioral Health Treatment Center.
