Stella M. Molina

Stella M. Molina, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Kirkwood Manor Nursing Home at the age of 85. Stella was born on November 26, 1929 in San Antonio to the late Charles McKinnis and Carmen Ramirez McKinnis. She later married her husband, Pedro Molina, Sr., who preceded Stella in death. In addition to her parents and husband, Stella was also preceded in death by a son, Pedro Molina, Jr.; three brothers, Charlie, Albert and Cruz McKinnis, and by a sister, Teresa Landin. Survivors include sons, Raymundo Molina, Sr. and wife, Alicia and Ricardo Molina, Sr.; nine grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Carmen Zavala and husband, Ramon and Esther Herrera. A family gathering will be held from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00pm on Friday, April 10, 2015 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. All services will end at 9:00pm on Friday evening.

I had the pleasure of talking to Mrs. Molina when she would shop at Handy Andy/Arlans. She was always so friendly and I enjoyed our little visits. May she rest peacefully with the angels as she joins them in heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May the Lord surround you with love and comfort in your time of need.
