Wanda L. Sandlin
July 5, 1949 ~ August 16, 2017
Wanda Lynne Sandlin was born in Houston on July 5th, 1949, to James Allen and Rachel Orene Sandlin, and was the third of four siblings, Thomas Warren, Donna, and James Terry Sandlin, all of whom precede her in death. While Lynne didnt have any biological children, she did raise, love, and consider Joshua Allen, Jonathan Warren, Melanie Renee, and Ashley Rachel Ann Sandlin as her very own children. Much of her life and energy were selflessly devoted to the family. She is well loved and will be missed. Her love extended to daughter in law Heaven Sandlin and grandkids Serena, Jonathan, Jordan, Jace, Jackson and JT as well. She is survived by her beloved miniature dachshund Bleu, and her memory lives on among family and the many friends she has in her apartment building and First Protestant Church of New Braunfels.
An memorial service will be held on August 26th,2017 12pm at First Protestant Church of New Braunfels.
