William Michael Courtney

William Michael Courtney, a resident of New Braunfels, passed away on Thursday morning, January 24, 2019 at Genesis Health Care in New Braunfels at the age of 65. Mr. Courtney was born on July 16, 1953 in New Braunfels to the late William Warren Courtney and Mary Massey Courtney. William worked in the construction industry for most of his working life. William, who we all know as Michael, was a loyal and compassionate friend to all who knew him. He loved the Lord and was ever-ready to pray or care for anyone who came across his path. This legacy will always be remembered by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter, Olivia. Survivors include his sister Diane, life-long partner, Georgina Courtney, his four children, Aaron, Hope, Peter and Faith, and three grandchildren, Peyton, Serenity, and Jaxen.
A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 11:00 at Rock Hill Gospel Church, 1121 Oasis Street, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
The family welcomes you to join us for the service and reception. The reception will immediately follow the service at Rock Hill Gospel Church.

Mike was my step brother, his father Willam Courtney was married to my mother Dottie. I have been searching for him and his sister Marilyn Courtney. My heart is filled with grief now .
