Angel Zamarron Jr.

Angel Zamarron, Jr., 48, passed away on February 14, 2026 in Seguin, Texas.  He was born in Seguin, Texas, on December 28, 1977, to Angel Zamarron, Sr. and Ruth Garza.

He enjoyed going to car shows, spending time with his family and hanging out with his friends.

Angel is survived by his wife of 27 years, Elaine Zamarron; children, Juan Jose Herrera, Jr., Justine Nichole Herrera (Gabriel Lazaro), Adrianna Marie Cruz (Lydia Cruz), and Katelyne Villegas (Enrique); grandchildren, Giovanni Josiah Hernandez, Olivia Lenae Lazaro, Everly Nangely Cruz, Lorenzo Marcial-Angel Cruz, and Autumn Villegas; and father and mother-in-law, Edward and Elsa Salazar.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel with a Service to start at 6:00 PM. Service will continue at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 27, 2026 with a procession to follow to Sts. Peter and Paul #2.

Pallbearers are Juan Herrera, Giovanni Hernandez, Johnny Guerra, Kiko Villarreal, Roy Pacheco Jr, Ryan Pacheco, Mike Alejandro, and Alfred Hernandez.
