On Monday, November 23, 2015, surrounded by family, our Beloved Mother, Araceli (Sally) Campos Sandoval Garza went to be with her Lord and Savior after her courageous battle with Leukemia. Sally was an amazing person with a heart of gold, always helping anyone in need. She worked hard every day of her life to provide for her family. Her job was her passion and nine years ago she found her home and second family at Fork & Spoon and devoted herself to her wonderful employers as kitchen manager. Sally was born December 10, 1963 in New Braunfels to Juanita and Benjamin Sandoval. She was preceded in death by both parents; her 2 brothers, Johnny Joe and Jose Sandoval; aunt, Teresa Castillo all of whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her loving husband, Jose (Joe) Garcia; daughters, Amber Ramirez and husband Roy (Anthony), Krystin Soto and husband Anthony; son, Joseph Garza; eight grandchildren, Jaren, Jayden, Jayla and Jaycob Ramirez, Jayson, Kayden, Kamden, and Petey Soto and two on the way. Siblings include Pedro and Benjamin Sandoval; her uncle, Reynaldo Castillo; her aunt and uncle, Agripina and Francisco Morales, who took the role as her parents after losing her own at an early age. She loved her cousins so much- she considered them as siblings-Sandra Herrera and husband Jose, Mireya Gonzales, Elizabeth Escobedo and husband, Mike, Yesenia Soto and husband, Mark, Milly Morales, David Morales and wife, Bella, Manuel Morales and wife, Zaida. She was also happily blessed with numerous nieces and nephews. Sally was a remarkable woman that lived her life for her family. Her children and grandchildren were her everything and even through her illness she fought to protect them every step of the way. She will be forever missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing the selfless, loving, caring, dedicated and amazingly courageous woman that was SALLY! Her family would like to humbly thank everyone who helped in anyway including donations that are graciously being accepted for the family by her dear friends/employers, Thomas and Sonja Lauther at the Fork& Spoon Cafe. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at the Lux Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm. Interment will be held immediately following the chapel service at Santo Tomas Cemetery off of HWY 46 in Seguin.
