Charlene Ann Porter, 69, of New Braunfels, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013. She was born in New York City on December 13, 1943. She is survived by her sons, Charles and John.
Charlene was a jewel of a teacher to mentally challenged students of River Gardens for 28 years. She will be missed. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
