Eduardo Suarez

Eduardo “Eddie” Suarez, 68, of New Braunfels, was called home to the Lord on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Born on January 5, 1958, in New Braunfels, he was the cherished son of Israel Suarez and Sylvia Reyes Suarez.

Eddie lived his life with a humble heart and a quiet strength that reflected the values he was raised with. He loved sports, especially cheering for his Los Angeles Dodgers and Dallas Cowboys. As a young boy, his mother made sure he and his brothers were always involved in Little League, where Eddie learned teamwork, discipline, and joy — gifts he carried throughout his life. He worked faithfully as a young adult, known for his strong work ethic and steady, dependable spirit. Eddie honored God through the way he lived: simple, hardworking, and full of love for his family.

He now rests in the presence of the Lord, reunited with his beloved wife, Dolores Suarez, and his son, Eddie Suarez Jr. We take comfort in knowing they are together again, held in God’s eternal embrace.

Eddie’s memory will continue to live on through his son, Johnny Suarez; his sisters, Norma Suarez, Priscilla Velasco, and Diana Holcomb & husband Mark; and his brothers, Alonzo Suarez, Israel Suarez, and Carlos Suarez. And Grandchildren Eliana Suarez,Victor Suarez, Brandon Suarez.  Though our hearts are heavy, we trust in God’s promise that love never ends and that we will see Eddie again in God’s perfect time.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lux Funeral Home Chapel, with a Rosary and Service beginning at 7:00 PM. Family and friends will gather in prayer, lifting Eddie’s soul to the Lord and giving thanks for the blessing of his life.
